Baked cheese potatoes with based spaghetti sausages with garlics and onions chunks

Ingredients:
  • 3 potatoes
  • pasta (250g)
  • 3 small sausages (preference)
  • 2 small onions
  • 1 clove garlic
  • cheese (preference)
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • some peppers (preference)
  • thymes (preference)

Instructions:
  1. Wash the potatoes, boil for about 15 minutes in the microwave and drain it to cold water. Peeled and finely cut the potatoes. Cook the pasta according the instructions. Express de-froze the sausages about 1 minute and chop into small size. Peeled and chop the garlic and onions.
  2. Heat the olive oil into a deep fry pan until it heated, add chopped garlic and onion. Saute it till gold brown, then put the chopped sausages into the pan until golden brown. Add cooked pasta and mixed it well. Seasoned with some peppers and thymes and stir the coat evenly again.
  3. Off the stoves and let it chill awhile. Spread some olive oil into the cooking oven class plate, put the cooked paste into it. Arrange the potatoes to cover up the pasta, follow up by the cheese. Simply spread some olive oil around it to avoid the dryness.
  4. Put it into oven and cooked for 5 minutes. Served it hot.

More good food to update right after my finals.
